      Pros

      If you love working with food, restaurants and brands then the role of the account manager can be somewhat an exciting job as you get to actively go out and meet these restaurants and help them grow as a brand.

      Cons

      there is a lot of admin work they don’t mention and you might also find yourself in a very mundane admin role or customer service role where it’s not always client facing and you’re just sending emails and responding to disputes. a bit stingy on the benefits considering it’s a food company. there’s not much benefit with food internally.

      The only good thing about this company is that I eventually got paid.

      Cons

      - Everything up until now was implemented cutting as many corners as possible so the whole platform is broken in countless ways. To do any actual work you need to fix everything broken that you need to rely on. - Salary not on time. - Breaking multiple laws and regulations. - Work not planned for more than two weeks.
