      Pros

      Really cool and fun environment to work, I had a lot of fun and meet amazing people. You can definitely grow, have a lot of responsibilities and it's good. The CEO is really inspiring and an amazing person and he is doing a great job.

      Growing too fast, too many people who want to get involved in projects, really bad organisation.

      Pros

      Pay, Only Pay!! Don't fall for that!! So far not a great experience for me. The manager was a rude and arrogant know it all! But in truth, trying to incompetence.

      Cons

      Colleagues acted like allies while secretly undermining others to get ahead/Promotions. It was a toxic culture of finger-pointing and manipulation. Communication only happened when someone needed to deflect blame. I've never worked in a more cutthroat, Toxic environment. **Stop rewarding the wrong people for politics and start rewarding integrity**. Top level/ Talented people are either resigning or fired due to internal politics, UK London team partiality on promotions/No recognisation for work done in India team. The micromanagement is suffocating, and no matter how well you perform, you’re always treated like you’re not doing enough. It’s a pressure cooker that only benefits those at the top while everyone else burns out.
