Pros

Pay, Only Pay!! Don't fall for that!! So far not a great experience for me. The manager was a rude and arrogant know it all! But in truth, trying to incompetence.

Cons

Colleagues acted like allies while secretly undermining others to get ahead/Promotions. It was a toxic culture of finger-pointing and manipulation. Communication only happened when someone needed to deflect blame. I've never worked in a more cutthroat, Toxic environment. **Stop rewarding the wrong people for politics and start rewarding integrity**. Top level/ Talented people are either resigning or fired due to internal politics, UK London team partiality on promotions/No recognisation for work done in India team. The micromanagement is suffocating, and no matter how well you perform, you’re always treated like you’re not doing enough. It’s a pressure cooker that only benefits those at the top while everyone else burns out.

Pros

Positive company culture with a team of mostly great, collaborative people. The company offers employee perks, such as a free monthly lunch. Strong learning opportunities are available through direct mentorship and on-the-job training. There's a focus on work-life balance, with flexible work arrangements or remote options available.

Cons

Career progression is challenging due to a perceived lack of transparency, with promotions seeming to favour certain individuals over others, leading to frustration among many high-performing employees. The leadership team is a source of concern. The department head's bullying behaviour and abrasive management style have created a hostile work environment, contributing to a high turnover rate and a lack of psychological safety. This is particularly evident in the worryingly high number of female leaders who have left or been pushed out. There's a widespread feeling of burnout and low morale among employees. There's a significant disparity between strategy and execution, with senior leadership frequently setting ambitious goals without providing adequate resources or staffing at junior levels to achieve them. The business model is overly reactive, lacking proactive, long-term strategic planning.
