International teams. Only good thing.

Cons

You are an account manager but quickly you will understand that in fact you are in call centre. If you have innovated, great strategies etc. They will use your work to promote another employee. The head management is terrible and only promote their friends. It's a great opportunity to get and then move to a different company. 75% of the employees left the Manchester office last year. High turnover . You can exceed the target and get 30% of quarterly bonus. Almost an entire team left because they didn't get their bonus for months.

Good pay. Salary on time.

Cons

Poor management. They don’t allow to follow RTO policy(hybrid). Stupid tech peripherals policy. Fraud on bills. Stupid managers, always asking team members for money. They take money and never return. No growth as the works are always given to favourite people, favouritism is what they do. They don’t follow their own policy. Be a part any other team but not the ET - Service Desk.
