Pros
Relatively young team and most of your colleagues do sports. As long as you go to work pretending to love this company and this brand very much, you are safe. Work is not that stressful.
Cons
Not much room for personal or professional growth. Leaders don't know how to lead. To many of them, this is their first job. First, everyone has super vague job titles. Super unclear who does what here. You will most likely work with a lot of French people who does not necessarily have much job experience. Someone can get hired as a manager role because they love sports. There are so many people here who had no people management experience nor skills. Many things are a big mess. No workflow, no SOP. Different teams would do the same task differently. Extremely hard to find alignment here. People do things however they want. You are also expected to join the sports activities or team building after work hours. You will be considered not a team player if you don't join and show up super happy. Since many leaders do not have a family to take care of they will not understand why someone doesn't want to join "team building" after work once per month. They also like to see you wear decathlon product to work from head to toe when some leaders are not doing that or when they wear nike or adidas. This is very interesting because when someone is faking to love this brand but they are not, you can really feel it. But on the other hand they want you to do that!
