I am proud to be able to take full on ownership and responsibilities of my work. Decathlon integrated everyone of us with the right trainings and tools to develop our skillsets which helps us grow further and to analyze better for my decision making collectively. Learning pace is fast and can be steeped for new joiners. Fret not, Decathlon has a program where we meet our Leader monthly for a One-To-One Individual Meeting to check on one's well-being and challenges at work. Our voices are bring heard and it also helps us to be clear of our priorities and re-align back to our goals & values. In Decathlon, The Sky Isn't the Limit. We create our own opportunities and purpose. With time and opportunities, let your result be the noise.
