      Clientelism, low quality job output, incompetent management, no career in design or communication field

      Pros

      benefits: free gym and swimming pool, discounts for dental surgery and other services, can work from home sometimes

      Cons

      Only retail career progression even for non-retail jobs (to advance, you must follow store career and abandon your senior techincal job background). High ignorance in marketing managers to the external basic market's rules, sometimes at an embarassing level. Design and technic jobs are considered superficially and not important even in the technical departments. Top management encourage clientelism, which is valued and rewarded for your career progress. Low quality output in every marketing/communication field compared to external professionals.

      Pros

      Good working enviroment, simple job, good balanced salary, managers are positive and kind. There's always the possibility to grow and they tend to keep keen workers

      Cons

      Of course it is required to walk a lot and for many metres through the warehouse. Working devices and machinaries are old, obsolet and uncomfortable.

      Pros

      The working environment was very friendly and I was always encouraged to express my opinion or to give suggestions for improving my experience there. It is a good job for students thay need tp adapt their schedule to the classes.

      Cons

      Having a part-time contract, sometimes I had shifts on only 4 hours, which was not convenient for me, since it took me quite a while to reach the store.
