no growth need to be in constant touch of the management, doesn't matter how much work you do, as long as you showcase more than you do in front of them. to grow in the company, you need to forget your personal life and weekoffs, you can't draw a strict boundary. and if you do, forget your shot at any appraisal or promotion, and even if you don't you tirelessly work throughout weeks and months, as long as you don't highlight yourself, you will receive no growth. basically the only way to grow in the company is to highlight yourself more and more, you dont need to worry about working then. just be in constant touch with the right people and take credit of someone else's work, you are golden.
