      Decathlon is probably one of the best retail's companies. The company gives you all the know-how that you may need to succeed, gives you autonomy, put its confidence in you, and you can really grow in a healthy environment of work. After working in Decathlon, companies like Nike, Ikea or Apple will hire you as fast as they can!

      Working in Decathlon can be really stressing when it's christmas oe a high sales period

      Pros

      The work environment is one of the best I have found. Everyone is open, positive and very active. The career chances are very good. The management team is also good. Flexibility is a key world. Many opportunities and a lot of freedom to make out own choices.

      Cons

      Sometimes we can feel a lack of professionality when a crisis comes. We could be more organized and work more with figures.
