Pros

Extraordinary when it comes to learning if you have the zeal to learn and if you're not expecting anything in return for the implementation part. Can take potential risks. Will teach you life's lessons.

Cons

Hypocrisy. It's a regular corporate organisation with the mask of love for sports. Heavy discouragement for innovation. Managers will not have enough time to pay attention to you. Instead, they judge you through others opinions. Your growth is going to halt if you start working for your team (you ought to be selfish). A daily wage job will pay you better. No recognition for reaching your objectives. Ever increasing objectives. Whatever freedom given will be revoked(often with negative feedback) not paying attention to the success. Least amount of training given because you are already a burden. No annual hike.
