The headquarters in Buttrio centralizes all decisions, limiting innovation and flexibility in other branches. -A culture of silence — employees tend to stay quiet rather than speak up about problems to keep their safe chairs and min salaries. -Outdated work policies: during COVID, employees were forced to work from the office while the entire country worked remotely, and even today, remote work is not allowed (local managers do not even know real meaning of remote work) -Not a suitable environment for university or master’s degree graduates who expect a modern, international, and merit-based workplace.

Difficult work-life balance. Some positions, especially those with less "added value", struggle to make career and then people leave: high turnover. Bad to very bad working environment in some offices. Mindset is a little bit retrograde and provincial.
