High Moral Values and respecting of employees. Giving good benefits for living. However it should be reconsidered again.

Quality manufacturing. Wide range of equipment, large projects.

Cons

Conservative engineering. Should adapt offer to basic customer requirement. Travel frequency and immediate reporting are considered key to success and are most rewarded. Bid success ratio and achievement of customer satisfaction are not enough rewarded.
