      - Corporate leadership (with McKinsey) focused exclusively on cost cutting - Quality delivery to clients is a very low priority - CEO looking for ways to cut benefits/salaries/bonuses to employees.

      Dedicated, highly skilled colleagues. You can get good experience to take elsewhere,

      Fabric of buildings (dreadful). Year after year of budget cuts and redundancy programmes. Execs change every five minutes and leave with big payouts. CEO and clique highly self-interested at expense of employees.

      Incorrect salary for half a year Hiring/promoting without approved job requisition Never paid the salary they owned Bosses and the management generally treat staff terribly Company invests almost zero into employee development Top management only cares about cutting costs Cutting headcount results in increasing stress and out-flow of talent/knowledge No knowledge capture and sharing practices Very high EE turnover causing incapability of a lot of teams Very poor quality of shared service in India
