Pros

A big worldwide experienced company. The result of the merge of 2 strong and focused companies that has the potential to take a great slice of the market and grow even bigger. This place is full of professional people with strong and top of the line talent, here it's up to you to grow and look for new challenges. Not a place to sit down and let time go through.

Cons

Even though the company has kept in mind the workforce, the big decisions and moves affect the bottom employees who carry the real strenght of the company. There have been scandals and big challenges during the time as HP and later HPE, without security it won't happen again. As an individual contributor you can feel abandoned and be left on your own carrying the company's weight on your own shoulders without feeling really rewarded by that.

Pros

Good work life balance. Lot of paid leaves which can be encashed at time of leavin. Amazin campus at ec-1 bangalore. Very good transport system Pretty decent cafeteria

Cons

Dirty politic Fit in resources to do 3 to 4 proj plus unbilled work. No support from managers Its a non potential Hr dept comp. Very good for false promises.
