      Decent Base Salary - make sure you negotiate well on your way in ! Option to work from home

      There are very few good people - the demographic is basically white middle aged male. There seems to be many, many people who are actually contributing very little No bonus, no possibility for pay rises once you are in No training Very little opportunity to actually use any recent technology Very poor communication at all levels No feeling of belonging or being part of a team No clear direction from any level of management For every deal that I worked on, there were at least 20 people in the organisation actively working against me.
