      Pros

      If you want to play with technology, DXC will generally provide an opportunity to do that. There are a lot of levels, so opportunities should appear if you wait long enough.

      Cons

      The only way to get pay rise is promotion; go in with your eyes open. The organisation seems lost: there are so many sales people in so many organisations that it seems a dozen sales people need to sign off on a simple deal. There are almost turf wars between divisions.

      Terrible company culture. Don't expect to make friends here. Global roles lead to eroding work-life balance.

      Great coworkers, okay benefits and vacation schedule

      High turnover, employment depends on favortism, absolutely no raises, you learn no helpful technical skills that would help in advancing in your career--if you can answer a phone and read, you can perform this job. Company was great until it was sold from HPE to DXC Technology
