In the last 5 years promotions have been limited and there have been no raises. With all of the layoffs, job security is very low. The company spends millions on consultants however the overall culture of the company has gotten worse. All vacation within the US (and any country without work counsels) is not accrued so while it's advertised as flex vacation and you can take as much vacation as you want, vacation must be approved by your manager. Typically work weeks are 50 hours if you are salaried, and even then you are expected to work ever longer. And you reward is that you might not make the next round of layoffs.

No pay raise or bonus in years, even if an employee receives an excellent review. Vacation and working condition can be a nightmare with the wrong manager. Little room to learn or move up in the company, company does little for in-house training or education. DXC doesn’t value employees at all, only squeezing $1.01 out of $1. Employee are viewed as replaceable corporate cogs. Benefits were scaled back over the last several years. Massive brain drain in the last 3 years since most talented employees left for the reasons above.
