      Constant layoffs and offshoring

      Pros

      Work life balance if you know what are you are doing Flexible vacation

      Cons

      Constant layoffs, employee must be self driven to learn as you have to do everything on your own without any guidance, employees are treated as liabilities (not assets), too much offshoring/near shoring, most calls are in apj timezone, constant reports are run using powerbi dashboards and too much forwarding of emails without any thought.

      There are not any Pros other than your paycheck does not bounce.

      Cons

      Too many to list. Your job is always at risk of being outsourced to India. Cost cutting is a daily event to the company's detriment. Processes are slow and the entire company is controlled by Mike who reviews and makes all decisions. Essentially CSC bought the HPE IT outsourcing business and is stripping it away to squeeze as much money out of it as possible. Prehistoric management and unless your are sales, your job will be eventually in India.

      Nothing except getting out of there.

      Cons

      “Leadership” ignores associates, there are 0 team meetings, 0 opportunities for growth, associates that yell and bicker, over worked and underpaid, complete chaos, employees told they should leave if they don’t like it, “leaders” cursing, teammates sitting on Facebook, it’s a nightmare.
