Upper level management is completely screwed up. This is a professional services company. It's only real assets are the employees that actually provide the professional services. DXC certainly does NOT treat employees like assets. Pay is low, so turn-over is high and morale is really low. Some people have not received a pay raise in over ten years.

The company vision is a joke, no job security, criminally incompetent management, no salary increases or bonuses, unpaid overtime week after week. Continuous cost cutbacks, downsizings. Some people get so insulted that abandoned their job from one day to another and never showed up working again...
