Adoption of a bogus "Thrive" message by a leader who single handedly plays a role in massive layoffs, turns a side eye to discrimination, bullying, and harassment while cozying up and acquiescing to an executive that would not blink twice to send this individual out the door, and treats her "role" like she is the Leader of a chop shop from the movie John Wick.
