      Pros

      Interesting work. Opportunity to create real value for our clients.

      Cons

      No end in sight to the pre-merger cost cutting. It's guaranteed there will be thousands of layoffs in order for the CEO to meet his cost take-out goals. And guaranteed that the employee value proposition to those that survive the cuts will continue to be subpar.

      Pros

      Was hired during COVID-19 where we're required to "Work From Home". Did all of my onboarding virtually and they notified me before my start date regarding my onboarding in-advanced. My first impression was they concern about their employees well being due to pandemic situation. Most of the services are accessible via online making "Working From Home" possible, and quite easy to understand. Also, the managers/supervisors are helpful during my onboarding.

      Cons

      Have not yet meet my local teams due to this COVID-19 restriction. Maybe it will change once this clear up.

      Pros

      Individual department heads are fantastic. People display a decent amount of loyalty to the company despite the lack of financial incentives because of director level management. Virtual work environments enables an ideal work/home life balance.

      Cons

      Salary is the far below industry standards. Absolutely no bonuses and rarely ever any performance increases even when appraisals are stellar.
