Pros
The team is people oriented, working in close connection and direct dialogue. The compensation is one of the highest I have found after years, as a new joiner I gained more that I have after years of promotions in previous experience, They make you feel as part of the whole company success. They provide all necessary tool to do the job. They pay earlier that other companies. I have left the company just because I decided to relocate.
Cons
The job can be demandable if you lack a good experience in IT, as a Help Desk.
