- Not suitable for fresh graduate with no prior experience nor skills - No career guidance, no training programs, no career progression - Hire at start project and fire after end project (staff becomes redundant) - No role-switching flexibility - Politics between teams, politics within team, micro-management, bad and bias management - Slow HR, slow IT helpdesk respond, have to deal with your own IT ticketing issues, - Unfriendly people managers who are taichi pros (especially in handling contract staff)
