Pros

The people I met were nice and friendly with good professional experience.

Cons

- Serious lack of communication from Management while on the bench. - Training is paid upfront by employees which I never experienced before. Training should be well developed and the time on the bench should be a great opportunity for this. Having access to professional online training (not on the free ones) should be offered. - The recruitment test done on paper with a pencil should move a digital solution and more tailored to roles. We are in the 21str century!

DWS offers fully paid training courses directly from the original qualification providers, and chosen entirely by our Consultant staff individually for their own career development. In addition, we also pay bonuses to our Consultants on completion of each of these courses.
