Pros
Good co-workers A foot in the door type of job, meaning its for you to start out on the phones to later go and find another job that treats and pays you better since you'll have to jump through burning hoops in space to get a raise or promotion, and even when you do, it is not much at all.
Cons
Training is terrible Management treats the employees like they a sheep and easily replaceable Management positions or higher positions feels like it requires to be friends with senior management. Terrible raise/cost of living pay increases I have literally been told not to expect earning raises for any reason, as the job was just "a foot in the door" by management.
