Pros
That you work from home but outs the sane job I has before from a differnt company and I wishi could still work in office of it means I had good constructive managers.
Cons
The management sucks. From recruitment to the quality assurance. The lady never sent her attachments which I needed and was confused aboit where they are coming from(documents I need to get started)but instead she gets an attitude with me. If you like being yelled at thru your grad phones. Also if you don't know hope being monitored and someone is hounding you to do xyz. So distracting. Also the 1st thing this guy tells me, in most arrogant voice, "well the FIRST thing you done wrong..." I'm like excuse me. Just becuase you're a QA doesn't mean anything. All the emotional abuse you get from customers and then from management is unagreeable. You don't get paid if CONDUENT system fails. You show up ready and they stuff just doesn't work. They are happy to NOT payyou. That's why I miss for what I need. The few good management doesn't make up for the crap management becuase they never fully stand up for you.
