Pros
Highly organised in terms of amenities and infrastructures Good work culture. You get to meet new people and build a great network Good pay for freshers. You get to do as many certifications in your technology.
Cons
Compensation for extra hours not provided even if it meant you worked on a week end ! Like any other organisation - infested with politics at the higher management level Climbing up the ladder is a bit slow I don't believe it is an equal opportunity provider. Most decision for a fresher are based on randomness. You are assigned a vertical and it is hard to wriggle out for a different vertical.
