A strong company with great potential but where Senior Management needs to shape up and listen to those in the field.

Pros

+Great company to get some solid professional and all round grounding +Good to stay for a couple of years and then move on +If you are not based in US or India you will never make it to the top

Cons

+No personal life - you become tied to the company +The company is not really that strategically minded. +There is an inner group who look after themselves and those outside who despite having real stregths do not get considered for career progression. +The individual gets lost in the bigger picture - you become a number. +Too many Senior Management in Continental Europe are self interested and are totally detached from the "troops"

Ok for new graduate, but not good for experience hire

Pros

Good job security. Good choice of projects. And at least the paychecks do not bounce. Was pleased they gave the option to focus on either business or technical.

Cons

Poor pay. Poor PTO policy. Lack of career growth. No tuition reimbursement. Not a friendly company for American employees as foreign workers will speak in Hindi around American employees and in front of the client.
