1. Package was very less, but recently they gave a very good hike
2. Very reluctant is initiating H1B
3. You have to manage to get an onsite otherwise you will sit in offshore for a longer time
4. Most of the good projects are bounded within Chennai, other locations don't get much good project
5. Very difficult to switch your technology or vertical
6. Politics in senior management is too much
7. Sometimes the internal decisions are not transparent to the ground level employees
8. Leave encashment has been stopped
9. Some incompetent people are in on-site and yet they are not being replaced by good capable guys
