      - Organizational Structure feels pretty flat - Management is listening to the employees - Problems are tackled professionaly, calm and constructive - Employees get the credit, they deserve - Doing a good job is valued and considered during yearly negotiations - Colleagues are very open to help - Flexible Working Hours & 100 % Home Office (may depend on project)

      - Some major projects really don't align with the Cloud focus of the company

      Steep learning curve, you can try out a lot

      Successes and learnings are considered as "to be expected" by management and not valued while people are promoted for similar achievements in other companies, very young management with not much experience in leading and no clear communication, high turnover rate

      * you can try out a lot of things * you can ask your colleagues (unfortunately, most of the time nobody will answer because nobody at Cluster Reply knows the answer even to a simple machine learning question)

      * most colleagues have no expertise in machine learning * few training opportunities * nobody to ask advanced machine learning questions * software development is a kindergarten
