Pros

I have been working for Cloudworkers from 2016 till today and have been receiving a very steady income from this company. They have a way of making me feel like I am one of the family and I have never had any problems with payments for any month since I started working at Cloudworkers. I have worked for many companies before and was not happy with some things but I have not found even one thing that I am not happy about with this Company. You get what you work for and sometimes they would encourage us with bonuses when the year comes to an end. I also have the freedom of choosing my own hours.

Cons

I literally have nothing bad to say about Cloudworkers because this company has put bread on my table for years for the work that I do for them.

Pros

Working from home, that's it.

Cons

Pay is abysmal, management are unprofessional, whiny and annoying, half their emails come across as rude, the other half come across as sickeningly buddy buddy, it's gross, we're not friends, stop with the smiley faces. The shift planner rarely works properly and it has sometimes taken over an hour to book shifts. You get emails at all hours asking for help, how hard would it be to email people based on regions?! You get kicked off of platforms with little warning for trivial reasons. Since the new management took over pay dates have gotten later, you don't get your pay slip till weeks after payment and it doesn't display how many messages you are being paid for sending, so you cannot confirm you have been paid correctly, and when pay has been late, the reasons behind it are pathetic.
