Pros

If you like being your own boss and write your own paycheck, this is the company for you. Flexible working hours and decent pay rate, one can put food on the table. The team leaders are great to work with and very kind. I have been with this company for two years and I love it here. They always have a steady workflow coming our way so there is a steady flow of work.

Cons

The pay comes towards the middle of the month that can be a desperate thing if you do not have any other income to tide you over while you wait.

Pros

You can make your own schedule. Pays correctly on time. Great managment. Very open with what is going on, if there's any issues, etc. Great communication. Easy to get started.

Cons

At times it can be a little slow but that's a given considering its UK based so I'm sleeping during extremely heavy times.
