Pros

Super flexible schedule – you can log in and work whenever it suits you. Remote work from anywhere, which is great if you travel or want to work from home. Very easy to get started – the onboarding process is straightforward. Light, low-stress work (mostly chatting and being creative or friendly). Good support from team leaders when you have questions. Great as a side hustle or for people who want to supplement their income.

Cons

Pay isn’t very high, especially in the beginning. Chat activity can be inconsistent depending on your time zone and the platform. Not ideal as a full-time job if you have high living expenses. You're a freelancer, so no benefits like paid vacation or health insurance.

Pros

work from home. flexible worktime.

Cons

In the last 12 months, everything has gone wrong with them. Many people have been automatically kicked out of the system, with no explanation or reason. No one gets any response from Mr. Andreas (if that's even his real name). He completely ignores emails and offers no clarification as to why this happens. Despite sending out "help" emails, he remains rude and unresponsive, causing people to be afraid to email him at all.
