      Pros

      You can make your own schedule. Pays correctly on time. Great managment. Very open with what is going on, if there's any issues, etc. Great communication. Easy to get started.

      Cons

      At times it can be a little slow but that's a given considering its UK based so I'm sleeping during extremely heavy times.

      You can choose your shifts. Salary is paid on time . Good communication with the management, helpful

      Cons

      Team work with other operators should be better. It is not an easy job, but the salary is low compared to the salary in western and northern European countries.
