Pros
You can really enjoy the benefit of working from home, with a company that really values and appreciates it's freelancers. The people you work with are passionate and always wanting to improve the way we work, Gary is a wonderful chap and he is the face of Cloudworker's if you treat him with respect he'll demonstrate it back, Gary and James both work hard. James is the quiet type but he does alot for us including arranging incentives to boost earnings, speaking to our partners to help improve things and makes sure it's fair for everyone. Gary is your contact for anything at all, he is very much passionate about his people and is very reasonable with you, he show's a lot of understanding and patience, working with them both is a real pleasure.
The work is what it is, it's all about how mature your approach is to the workload, if you take a mature approach and see it as freedom to earn while at home and see the financial benefit it's a great place to work! I am please to say since working for Cloud Workers I have always been paid every time with in the set timescale.
Over all I enjoy working for Cloud workers, more than my dayjob! They treat you with respect, if you show it back you'll be happy here!
Cons
Everything's as good as it should be, apart from the change in the shift allowance! It can be hard for someone who works a day job to get shifts that are in line with working but it wasn't always like that!
