Pros

I work full time with this job around my children. Being able to pick my own hours each week means I never miss anything with the kids. There is always plenty of work if I have some free time and the managers are always around to help when needed. The job itself is fun and allows you to let your creative side run wild!

-The Managers/owners are highly respected because they share concerns, problems and opportunities. -The Managers/owners use sound coaching techniques to solve disciplinary problems and they don't disclose any personal information. -The Managers/owners will investigate the cause of the problem then provide for a resolution without hurting anybody. -They treat every employee or agent fairly and or without biased. -The Managers/owners lend support and guidance for as much as they could. -The salary is really good and there's no delay with regard to payout. -The working schedule or shift is very flexible and it's a stress-free job.
