      Interesting and challenging work. Effective management. Excellent coworkers. Excellent compensation and benefits. Excellent work/life balance. Minimal paperwork and red-tape, most all processes are handled over the corporate intranet.

      Stability - business throws off cash willingness to react in face of market disruptions - WebEx acquisition shows company understands that it needs to take risks to grow Great senior leadership - Seasoned veterans who know what is going on in the space and can make decisions

      Cons

      Bureaucratic - Move to matrix structure has made decision making very difficult and time consuming, also the council structure is confusing Business Development, Engineering & sales drive the business everyone else is along for the ride Need to focus more on the end user as the company looks for growth in the consumer and small business market, stripping down enterprise solutions doesn't work
