      Great benefits and coworkers but bureaucracy and lower pay

      Pros

      Great benefits and work life balance. Awesome coworkers who get stuff done and do it well. Interesting work and products.

      Cons

      A decent amount of bureaucracy, leaning strongly into AI which could mean higher expectations and lower employee spots. Lower pay and hard to improve ranking and get promotions.

      Pros

      - Work with some really smart people - If in the right team, you get to work on the highest needle moving work - huge org, so lots of opportunities to move within

      Cons

      - very top down heavy, little to no room for innovation from the bottom - of recent, it has become very waterfall vs agile/nimble. Things move slowly - not really at the forefront of latest technology, trying to dab but leadership is hesitant to hire from within to let employees who've been there for several years grow and learn something new - VERY SLOW promotions! Some people have been there for 20+ years and not been promoted in 10+ years!
