      Pros

      Capital One is a great company with great benefits, extremely diverse and offers flexible work schedules. I was totally impressed with the management and how much they value their employees and their strengths.

      Pros

      Work on some pretty cool stuff. Management is committed to your development - and they are held accountable for it. Company invests in associates. Work some really smart people. good amount of resources to get your work done - iphones, laptops, ability to work remotely, etc. (regardless of level). great facilities. work/life balance. Committment to innovation and being the best.

      Cons

      performanace management process. promotion at mid/upper levels is extremely difficult. silos don't always allow for the right decisions to be made. IT is major bottleneck.
