Business Outlook
Pros
Allows you to maintain an excellent balance between work and personal life. Very good paymasters. Awesome growth opportunities, atleast upto the middle management levels. The culture within the organisation is the best among all the employers that I have worked with and by far one of the best in the industry in my opinion.
Cons
As the organisation grows significantly through the last few acquisitions, there is always the fear of getting lost in the crowd. I really hope that the culture of Capital One does not get diluted in the process.
