Cons

A bit of a visa mill. Extremely high turnover due to stack ranking performance system. Extremely low morale bc of this as well.

They work you like a dog til you burn out. Then you get kicked out by being placed on a performance improvement plan you can’t achieve. Chaotic work environment and no work life balance.
