-Opportunities to make own career path -Ability to work remotely on Fridays often and when on bench -Tight knit group to work with

Cons

-Few opportunities as junior to get in sales -Promotions are provided but are given with negligible compensation increases to match -Could leverage the opportunity for more remote working situations with the client.

if you are into SAP or Siebel Crm its good comapny other tehchnolgy not so good comapred to peers Work life balance is good. Good brand name . Not much variable Pay

Cons

project change in accoross organization is quite difficult unless u have any known people . growth technaically not much

Good bunch of people to work with Most of the senior management are good/very good Good range of clients across the public sector (if you like that sort of thing)

Cons

Silo mentality often prevails There are a large number of "body shopping" roles that are not particularly challenging Progression not alwayds dependent on how good you are, but on who you know
