Poor to non existent training except in Capgemini processes, ways of working etc. Salaries low and raises / promotions bad. Dreadful senior managers and getting worse.... Lack of creativity, innovation and drive Internal competition and silos People mysteriously disappear through no fault of their own with nothing much more than statutory pay - so beware if you are on the bench [they will come for you] You never know where you will be stuck next. Get stuck in the wrong place and your career could suffer as a result.

1. Appraisal process and the appraisal given to employee should be inline with market standards and shouldn't waste the money in terms of branding through television shows; the same amount can be given to employees; this would ensure mouth to mouth publicity of the company. Very less salary hike and bonus. 2. Roles are not defined properly.
