This supportive atmosphere fosters innovation and creativity among team members, allowing for personal and professional development.

      Cons

      With a flat hierarchy, there is often a perceived lack of leadership and mentorship which can be particularly challenging for new or less experienced employees who might rely on direct guidance and feedback to navigate their roles effectively.

      Great work-life balance and huge portfolio of clients

      Pros

      Capgemini NL - Despite being a consultant, I feel that the work-life balance is a key priority of the company. Even during uncertain times like covid the company kept transparent communication and support the employees with home deliveries of office equipment and small presents (e.g. food). Great focus is also placed on continuous development of the employees, by providing trainings and networking opportunities. They serve many different clients across the Netherlands, and always try to find the perfect match between the client and the consultant (experience but also interest and ambition). Lastly, if you deliver you get what you deserve and promotion to the next grade arrives even sooner than expected (in my case from young professional to consultant).

      Cons

      Haven't experienced any significant downside so far (1 year). One thing that can be better is that the company makes it a mandatory requirement to speak Dutch for junior roles. However, this makes sense considering that many clients have Dutch as company language and it is aligned with other consulting company in The Netherlands.
