No one takes the ownership of any work SMT comes with old school of thoughts and is unwilling to implement new technology. Managers need a slave to work with them Not open to new ideas Comes with thought: This is my idea, open to new ideas but I want you to implement my idea only Forces people to do video call as he wants to see the people while wfh because he does not support wfh. Forces team to travel because he wanted to see people.
