Be extremely careful if you are currently employed in a stable company. The recruitment team sells a 'long-term career', but the reality is strictly transactional. If your project ends, the 'bench' period is incredibly short (barely weeks) before they push for your exit. They do not invest in retaining talent once billing stops. I have seen experienced colleagues being pushed out via 'mutual agreement' tactics almost immediately after a project shutdown

Late salary even for 1 year. Lots of burden. No support from upper senior. No proper requirements.
