      Pros

      Plenty of career paths. Lots of customer and opportunities to work for big firm in engineering industries. Good work-life balance for a consulting company. High flexibility. Overall good projects

      Cons

      Highly bureaucratized and formal. Compensation in Italy not so high. High chances you'll be rewarded with more responsibilities, but not more money. They require every single technical engineer must have a business acumen to go ahead in the career.

      Working close to customers, your job will be very interesting and motivating. Average salary is good.

      Cons

      Poor carreer developement: very difficult to grow if you aren't in the sales process. Poor technical training resources.

      young and enthusiastic colleagues ready for challenges. Ability to deal on major projects with excellent clients. Large office and bright rooms. good office and travel services management.

      Cons

      poor work life balance. Amount of work over the normal. Poor presence and consistency of management, ill-prepared and very pretentious. Low wages and few corporate awards.
