      Pros

      The people at Capgemini Engineering are great. There is collaboration, possibility of working from home (for ICT projects) and overall a nice environment. Great place to start a career! Also , if you like consultancy there are possibilities to up the hierarchy and make a good career as a consultant.

      Cons

      Quite low salary. Not the worst, but even compared to other companies in Italy it is not a good salary. Also, projects sometimes can be a little unorganized, so a lot of creativity and proactive spirit is required. Career advancement can be quite slow, as is the case in most Italian companies. You have to push and ask to be recognized and be given more responsibility.

      The company is one of the biggest consulting and the ambient is of the groups are pretty calm

      the growth in the company is not easy and local languages are taken into account
