      Good learning platform. Many clients and project opportunities.

      Cons

      No interest in employee satisfaction (periodic surveys systematically ignored). Low salary. No growth unless you are old. No meritocracy. It doesn't matter if you bring great results, you won't get any kind of recognition.

      Ambiente giovane ed informale Ottimo work/life balance Tanti clienti e progetti potenzialmente interessanti per inserirti nel mercato del lavoro

      Sostanzialmente nella maggior parte dei casi, è un body rental neanche troppo mascherato Aumenti di stipendio sostanzialmente inesistenti, si spaccia la trasferta come retribuzione. Viene detto che non c'è correlazione tra ruolo e aumenti di stipendio: inaccettabile e poco trasparente. Stipendi sotto la media. La crescita professionale dopo la promozione a Consultant dipende solo da quanto si contribuisce al business della azienda con lavoro extra orario non pagato Non si punta a acquisire o costruire talenti, ma solo una schiera folta di persone
