      *Good career-starter *Good salary as a career-starter with respect to the rest of the companies

      Cons

      *They won't give you any raise until some other company offers you a job & they see the offer. *No career development *They hear you but they don't actually listen to you. Nobody cares about your interests because what's important is finding you a client no matter how unrelated this opportunity is to what you studied.
